Jack Adams™ underwear and shorts/pants sizing is measured at the waist. To find your correct waist size, measure your torso about one inch below the belly button. To find your size in all of our tops and hoodies, measure your chest around, at approximately one inch below your arm pit.

Seems like just an extra charge for shipping. Has Jack adams found that a significan number of orders get "lost in shipping" without this "insurance"?

We want to clarify that Shipping Protection is completely optional and is never required to complete a purchase. Customers have the choice to add or decline this coverage during the checkout process.

We offer this service because, unfortunately, we've seen a growing number of reports involving lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages after delivery. Package theft from mailboxes and front porches has become increasingly common, and carriers occasionally experience delivery issues that are beyond our control.

While we carefully pack and ship every order, once a package is accepted by the carrier, the shipping and delivery process is managed entirely by them. Shipping Protection provides customers with an added level of coverage and peace of mind should an issue occur during transit or after delivery.

We wish this precaution were unnecessary, but it reflects the reality of today's shipping environment. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your support.

I didn't realize this had been included with my order. I didn't use it on previous orders. I likely would not use it in the future; I just think it is an unnecessary addition. Our delivery services should be expected to make an on-time delivery.

I don't like paying extra for shipping. I think this is more a revenue stream for vendors than it is security for customers. Please, I like your products, but NO ADD-ONS!
